Unwind and relax at this practical workshop that introduces you to the relaxing techniques of Swedish Massage. Using oils and soothing music, learn to massage the back, legs and feet to relieve stress and tension, and enhance health, so that you can massage friends and family. You will give and receive a massage. 

You will learn how to give basic but effective massage for friends and family and this is also a great taster if you are thinking of going onto study a professional diploma in massage. You are welcome to come on your own, with a friend or partner. A wonderful first step for the beginner in massage. If you sign up for a diploma course with us after attending the magic workshop, you will get your magic fee refunded.

These one day introductory workshops are held in London.

Massage Magic 2.  A follow up to our Massage Magic 1 introductory day. On this day you will learn to massage the arms, neck, chest and face.
